More Matters Yes, More Matters is a 'campaign' but it's such a simple concept to eat by, at least for vegetables - chocolate chip cookies don't apply! Just eat a little more - add a second leaf of lettuce to a sandwich, put an extra carrot into a stew, serve two vegetables at supper -- and on and on. Even if the day's vegetable consumption is a single lonely pea, make it two peas, because, well, More Matters.
